Memory Chess

Memorize piece layouts from a full chessboard in Memory Chess. The challenge comes from holding exact positions in your head, then rebuilding them without a visible reference. Regular play trains board visualization and move recall, giving chess players a practical way to review positions and reconstruct past sequences after the layout disappears.

How to play?

An 8x8 board and 12 chess piece types set the puzzle. Choose how many pieces to memorize, using any value from 1 to 32. A position appears for a short time. Then place the same pieces onto the same squares from memory. Put a single piece on the wrong square, or pick the wrong chessman, and the round ends in a loss.
