Chess Mania

A trapped king waits on each board. Chess Mania uses standard chess rules, then hands you scattered pieces and asks for a forced mate. The layout changes from puzzle to puzzle, yet the enemy king is always present somewhere on the board. Seal off every legal square with your attacks, leaving the monarch no move and ending the position in checkmate. Four hundred puzzles line the path upward through the castle, each one adding its own condition before the gate to the finale opens. Short solutions pay off here. Tight mating nets, unusual attacks, and compact combinations show up again and again, giving you fresh patterns to read on the board.

How to play?

From the level map, pick any unlocked challenge and read its requirement before moving a piece. Select a unit to test a line, then place it on the target square if the setup allows that move. After a correct placement, the puzzle closes, and the next point on the castle staircase becomes available. If a move breaks the condition, the piece snaps back, and the position stays unchanged. Along the climb, collect flags and finish extra objectives to add achievements to your record.
