Verity

In Verity, a psychological horror visual novel, an unusual companion stays close from the first conversation. He offers directions, points out resources, and always seems to know the next move. Then his comments get personal. Places you know begin to shift, and a regular walk leads into an abandoned village, a mine, or the yellow corridors of the Backstage. As more secrets surface, the line between game and nightmare gets harder to read.

How to play?

Read the dialogue, then pick response options when they appear. Trust Verity, question him, press him with uncomfortable questions, or hunt for clues in the scene. Watch the surroundings as closely as his words: a strange folder on the computer, sudden sounds, missing details, empty locations, and disturbing phrases can all point to another path. Staying silent, checking a suspicious spot, or following your companion can unlock a different scene. Some secrets appear only after specific actions. Multiple endings depend on the choices you make and the clues you uncover.
