Out of Coverage

Out of Coverage is a text-based visual novel where you receive messages from characters and guide their choices. If you like story-driven chat simulators and interactive fiction with a tense atmosphere, this game fits you. People wake up in different parts of a cold complex and have no idea how they got there. One sits by a locked door, another struggles with a generator, a third hears noises in a dark corridor, and has no clue where to go next. They can reach the outside world only through you. Through their messages, you slowly learn that the place is full of traps, blocked passages, and strange rooms where any wrong move sends them off course. The story unfolds through chats, short descriptions of their surroundings, and the characters' own reactions.

How to play?

On the start screen, choose which character to talk to: Artem, Max, Lena, or Vika. After you choose, read their messages and see what they say about the room, doors, wires, locks, and items they find. Reply options appear below the chat. Tap one to tell them what to do next: search for a password, check the room, start the generator, or step into another passage. If your suggestion fails, the character will say they reached a dead end, got hurt, or could not clear the way. Then pick another option and return to that chat or switch to a different character. Progress saves automatically, so you can open any conversation at any time and keep helping those still trying to escape.
