Visual Novel: Off the Clock

Welcome to the free visual novel After Work, which you can play on your PC, Android, and other devices. The story begins late at night in New York City, on Christmas Eve. Casey has just finished her shift at the burger joint. It's been a long day, her legs are aching, her thoughts are confused, and she just wants to go outside and breathe in the cold air. The city is noisy, lit up with shop windows and garlands, but for her it's just a normal evening after work. In an alley, Casey notices Loy. He's clearly not from around here, as he's dressed to the nines and has pleasant manners. But it's still obvious that he's a frozen, confused, runaway "golden boy" who suddenly finds himself alone in the middle of a big city. Their meeting seems accidental, but the conversation quickly deepens. They talk about themselves, sharing things they usually keep to themselves, and this night gradually ceases to be just a cold winter evening.
