Hamster Hotel is about a hamster named Max who has finally fulfilled his lifelong dream. He opened his own hotel, and not just any hotel, but one just for traveling hamsters. It is a place where tired travelers can stop, sleep in a soft bed, and eat good food. Today is the very first day of business, and guests are already lining up at the entrance. Max is really nervous, and he is afraid something might go wrong, so he needs your help. You will have to do a lot of things at once: greet guests, assign them to rooms, carry suitcases, feed hungry guests, clean up messes, and collect money in this casual hamster management game.

How to play?

When a new guest arrives, click on them, then on an available room. The guest is checked in and knows where to go. See the luggage at the entrance? Click on the suitcase and the porter will grab it. Then click on the owner of the luggage and the suitcase will be delivered directly to their room. When it is dinner time and the guests are hungry, click on the plates of food in the kitchen, then on the hungry guest. Some orders can be delivered straight to the room. Rooms always get dirty with trash, dirt, or water. Click on the cleaning icon and then on the room, and a maid will come to tidy up. Cleanliness matters because dirty rooms upset guests and make them lose patience faster.

When a guest finishes their stay, they go down to the cashier to pay. Click on them to receive payment. The money goes into the hotel's general fund. If you mess up an order, you do not lose right away. There is a conveyor belt, and you can click on it to throw away extra or wrong items. Just do it quickly, because the timer is running.

The window in the top right corner shows the requests of guests from other floors. Switch between floors by clicking on the floor numbers. The main key to success is speed. The faster you serve, the more hearts the guest will have. That means they will give more stars to the room they stayed in. Stars let you raise prices and earn more. New requirements appear over time; you need to earn more money per day, more guests check in, and more floors open.
