Evolution of Hamsters

Evolution of Hamsters is a cute, casual hamster game where you play as a breeder creating new hamster breeds. Your goal is to evolve better and better rodents that inherit the best traits from their ancestors, get stronger and healthier, and live longer. The core mechanic is all about combining hamsters of the same color. When two same-colored hamsters meet, they merge into one at the next evolution level. The more merges you pull off, the more new hamster types you add to your collection, and the higher your score climbs.

How to play?

The game gives you a playing field, and a hamster of a certain color appears at the top of the screen. Click to drop it onto the field. Then the next hamster appears, and you do the same again. Try to drop the hamsters so that matching colors land next to each other. When two hamsters of the same color touch, they combine into a more advanced hamster at the next stage of evolution. Every merge gives you points, so keep an eye on the score counter and try to beat your previous best run.

Bonuses sometimes appear in the lower right corner, like coins, bombs, and special multicolored hamsters. Collect them for later. You can spend coins in the shop to buy useful items. Bombs are especially handy, since they launch all the hamsters on the field upward and help them land in better spots for future merges. Multicolored hamsters can merge with any color. To use a bonus from your inventory, click the backpack icon in the corner. If the entire field fills up and there is no space left to drop new hamsters, the game resets the field, and you jump back in to keep connecting hamsters, earning points, and chasing a higher score.
