Hamster Carrot Run

Hamster Carrot Run is a game about clever rodents and their love of tasty treats. Did you know that hamsters are actually very intelligent animals? They easily memorize mazes, find hidden food, and can even solve simple puzzles. Today, you will help a hamster get from its platform to a tasty carrot by building a safe road for it. The project includes thirty tasks. At the beginning, you can choose from two hamsters, one of which will run after the carrot in a given level. Sounds simple, right? As you progress, five new characters with different colors and appearances will be unlocked. There will also be additional treats—cabbage, apples, nuts, and other goodies that can be collected as bonuses. The levels vary. Sometimes there is already some kind of unfinished structure there—a couple of blocks, the beginning of a bridge, or a staircase. You have to complete it with the missing parts to create a passable route. Sometimes it's completely empty—just a hamster on one side and a carrot on the other.

How to play

Before starting the game, you need to select a level and then the hamster you will play with. At the bottom of the game screen are building materials—blocks, ladders, slides, and platforms. Click on the desired piece and drag it to where it should be. Release the mouse button, and the piece will lock into place. Look at where the hamster is and where it needs to go to get the carrot. Sometimes the carrot is hanging high—you'll need to build a ladder or tower out of blocks. Sometimes it's far away—you'll have to build a long bridge. Assess the situation and decide which structure will work best. Did you put something in the wrong place? No problem. Grab the element with the mouse and drag it back down or to another place. You can also press the special delete button. Redo the structure until you are satisfied with the result. Ready to test your construction? Press the start button. The hamster will come to life and run along the route you have created. If it gets stuck somewhere or can't climb up, there is a useful feature: press pause while the hamster is moving. In this mode, you can move blocks, remove unnecessary ones, and add missing ones. Clear the way for the animal or build a higher step, then unpause and continue. If the hamster successfully reaches the carrot and munches on it, congratulations, the task is complete! Move on to the next one. Collect bonus treats along the way, unlock new characters, and master increasingly tricky designs. When you complete all thirty tasks and unlock all the hamsters, go to the construction section. There you can create your own levels as you wish—place as many hamsters and treats as you want, build any roads and structures for them, and experiment without restrictions. Enjoy the game!
