Space Hamster

Space Hamster is a game about a secret military experiment somewhere deep in space. A powerful space corporation has launched a classified program called Project Hamster to create the perfect fighter. You have made it to the final, fifth trial called Space Challenges. You are in control of a spaceship with a hamster on board. The mission sounds simple, fly to the cookies while dealing with weightlessness. But there is a catch, you have very little time. If the timer hits zero, you fail the task and have to start from the beginning. There is almost no gravity, so flying feels different. The movement is smooth and floaty, you cannot slam on the brakes or make instant turns.

How to play?

Steer the ship with the mouse buttons. Keep weightlessness in mind, the ship does not stop right away but keeps drifting after you let go of the throttle. Watch the arrows on the screen, they point you toward the cookies so you do not get lost in open space and you can find the fastest route. Keep an eye on the clock in the corner, it keeps ticking to remind you of the time limit. If you see flaming objects, grab them right away. Each one adds a couple of extra seconds to the timer, which helps a lot on long routes, especially in the later stages where the finish line is far away. Stay away from rocks and asteroids. If you crash, you lose points and get knocked off course, wasting valuable time getting back on track. Carefully weave between all the hazards. As you progress, new obstacles appear, the route becomes more tangled, and you need more accurate steering. There are more than 32 missions in this arcade-style hamster game, and each one is harder than the last. Fly through the whole course so the hamster can prove its skills in space combat and earn the title of perfect soldier in Space Hamster.
