Hamster Grid Time
Hamster Grid Time is an educational game where children learn how to tell time with an analog clock. A cute hamster student asks for your help on his journey, where he needs to read the clock face correctly. For each correct answer, the hero climbs higher up the ladder toward the finish. The goal is to compare two ways of showing time, numbers, and clock hands. This helps kids see the connection between modern digital clocks on gadgets and traditional round clock faces on walls and watches.
How to play?
Select a difficulty level in the start menu. Easy uses whole hours, Medium adds minutes, and Hard includes all options. Look at the digital clock on the platform under the hamster. It shows the time in a familiar format, for example, "3:15" or "7:30." Remember these numbers. Now look at the four analog clock faces on the right and study the position of the hands on each one. The short thick hand shows the hours, and the long thin hand shows the minutes. Find the clock where the hands show the same time as the digital numbers, then click that clock. You only have a few seconds to think, so act quickly but carefully.
If you choose correctly, the hamster climbs the stairs to the next platform, and you earn points. A new task with a different time then appears. Make a mistake and the hamster loses one life from his reserve. You play for five minutes, and during this time you should try to get the hamster as high as possible by solving as many time problems in a row as you can. Practice, memorize how the hands look at different times, and help the hamster student climb to the top of learning to tell time.
