The Hamster Life

The Hamster Life is about an epidemic in the hamster world. Some kind of terrible virus has spread throughout the area, and half of the animals have fallen ill. Worse, they've turned into zombies. Real undead, only fluffy and small. Now these infected creatures roam everywhere and try to bite the healthy ones to turn them too. The surviving hamsters have hidden wherever they can—in burrows, basements, attics. They sit there, trembling with fear. It's clear that they can't live like this forever. Someone has to deal with these zombies once and for all. One brave soul has volunteered to go to war with the undead. He grabbed a bat and went out into the streets to smash the infected. You will control this hero and help him rid the world of zombie hamsters.

How to play?

Control the hamster with the arrow keys, move around the location, and the zombies will crawl towards you from all sides. At first, you only have a bat. Of course, you can't do much with a bat. But you get paid for every zombie you kill. With this money, you can buy better weapons - a heavier hammer, a sharp sword, and eventually even a flamethrower! All the important indicators are displayed at the top. The health bar shows how much life you have left. If you take damage from zombies, it decreases. If it reaches zero, you die and start the wave again. The kill counter counts how many undead you have destroyed during the game. The wave task tells you how many more you have to kill in the current wave. The wave number shows which wave you are currently on. Have you killed all the zombies in the task? The wave is over, and you have a short break. Quickly run to the store, where you can buy a first aid kit to restore your health before the next wave. Or spend your savings on a new weapon. Weapons are purchased in ascending order of power. Sometimes, one-time special bonuses appear at the level, such as a motorcycle or a car with spikes, which come in handy when you are surrounded and cannot escape. With each wave, there are more zombies, and they become stronger and more vicious. The first waves are easy, with a couple dozen weak zombies. By the tenth wave, there are already a hundred of them, fast and resilient. You won't be able to cope without a good weapon. Made it through ten waves? Congratulations, you're a real fighter. Now you can unlock a new character—a stronger hamster with more health and better starting weapons. Start over with him, go even further, and save the hamster world from the zombie epidemic.
