It needs to be fed on time, given fresh water, bathed when it gets dirty, treated if it gets sick, and entertained so it doesn't get bored. Many children don't understand the responsibility that falls on the shoulders of a pet owner. This game is a great way to test yourself before asking your mom for a real hamster. Here you can practice caring for a virtual animal and see if you can actually handle the task. If you succeed in the game, you can confidently ask your parents to buy you a real pet, proving that you are responsible enough.

How to play

On the screen, there is a large cage equipped with everything necessary for a hamster's life. There is a running wheel for exercise, a hospital in case of illness, a bathroom for bathing, a bedroom with soft bedding, and other useful places. The hamster itself runs around the cage, going about its business. At the bottom, there is a panel with scales for different indicators. Hunger shows how much the animal wants to eat. Thirst shows whether it needs water. The condition of its teeth shows whether they need to be filed down. Cleanliness shows whether it is dirty. Happiness shows its general mood and satisfaction with life. All these scales gradually decrease on their own over time. The hamster is hungry, wants to drink, gets dirty, and is sad. Your job is to not let them drop too low. See which scale is red or flashing—that means you need to take urgent action. If hunger is low, take some food from the plate and the hamster will eat. Does it want to drink? Take it to the water bowl and let it drink. Is it dirty? Take it to the bathroom, turn on the shower, and wash it. If it's tired, put it to bed. Happiness is a little more complicated. This scale increases when the hamster is having fun. Send it to the running wheel - it will run, have fun, and its happiness will increase. When it goes to the toilet, take a scoop and clean up after it. The main rule is to keep all indicators above sixty percent until the end of the level. If even one drops below the critical mark, that's it, the hamster is dead, and you have to replay. If you successfully make it to the end with good indicators, you've passed the level and taken good care of your pet.
