Dominoes 4 Players

A full table and a chain of tiles set the pace in Dominoes 4 Players. Up to four people join a round, and every hand begins with seven dominoes. With four participants, the first move comes from the 1-1 double. In smaller matches, the opening tile belongs to whoever holds the lowest double.

How to play?

Leave the reserve untouched during play, since no final tile is drawn from it, and let the previous winner lead the next deal. Losers add the pips left on their dominoes to their score, though anything under 13 isn't written down. When players finish with matching totals, the game announces "balls," then assigns the next round accordingly. During a "fish," compare the remaining pips and give priority to the higher total. If "eggs" appear, both tied players are blocked; with more people at the table, a third hand holding more pips than the "eggs" leaves the block on the player with the larger total. Before the next round begins, the player carrying the highest leftover score rolls the dice.
