Mexican Railroad Dominoes
Round scoring decides the winner after the full set of hands. In Mexican Railroad Dominoes, play moves through several deals, and each one begins with a double removed from the set and placed in the middle. The sequence moves downward from 6-6 to 5-5, then lower doubles in later rounds. Five tiles go to each player from the remaining pieces. The highest tile takes the first move. A personal train belongs to every player, and a shared Mexican train stays available on the table.
How to play?
Place one tile on a train when the piece isn't a double. Lay an extra tile immediately after playing a double. The matching piece must cover the double's exposed end. An uncovered double also allows an extra play on behalf of another participant whose train is marked open. Later players must close that double before placing tiles elsewhere if it remains exposed. A personal train stays playable for others until its owner draws a token again and removes the mark. Finishing a round without adding the extra tile after a double is allowed. Score the points left in each hand at the end of the round.
