Power Swing

Power Swing is a wild baseball-style brawl on top of a mountain where opponents try to knock each other off the edge with a fast-flying ball. You can play solo against the computer or challenge a friend in a head-to-head match on the same device. There are three fighters to choose from: two wield bats to deflect the ball, and the third is a ninja with his own unique fighting style. The arena is a tiny platform at the mountain peak with no fences or safety rails, so every strong hit can be your last. After you pick a character, you are sent right into the arena, and the battle begins. The winner is whoever stays on the platform while the other player gets launched off the cliff by a powerful strike. The ball keeps appearing between the two fighters, teleporting to random spots, so you always have to be ready for the next hit.

How to play?

Wait for the ball to appear, then press the hit button to time your swing and connect your bat with the ball. The key rule is that an earlier swing gives you more power. If you hit the ball almost as soon as it appears, it will fly at incredible speed and can blast your opponent all the way to the edge of the cliff. If you react too late, the ball will barely move, and your rival will easily return it. But there is a risk; if you swing too early, you can completely miss the ball.

Keep an eye on the sky, from time to time a bird will dive down and peck a random player. It can knock you out of position or throw off your opponent at the worst possible moment. Try to use these sudden twists of nature to your advantage. Balance power and precision by picking the best moment for every swing. Keep driving your opponent closer to the edge with a chain of strong hits, then finish the match with a final blow that sends them flying off the mountain while you remain the last one standing at the top.
