Flat Baseball

Flat Baseball is an arcade baseball game with flat cartoon characters playing wild innings across different eras. You start in the quiet suburbs, then move on to dark forests, Ancient Egypt with pyramids, prehistoric caverns full of dinosaurs, and even a future where robots take the field against you. In each location, you need to reach the target score shown at the top of the screen to unlock the next era. You score when your runner rounds all the bases and gets back home before the fielders can play the ball back.

How to Play

Hit pitches from the oddball opponents in each location. Press the swing button as the ball enters the strike zone. If you connect, you drive the ball into the field and your character takes off around the bases. After any hit, your runner automatically sprints to first base. If the fielders get the ball back quickly, your runner stops at the last base reached and waits there for the next successful hit from a teammate. If you crush a true home run, your character jogs around all four bases, scores a run, and adds a full point to your total, which helps you reach the target score faster. Watch the error counter: three missed swings and you’re out of chances, sent back to the suburbs and losing all progress through the eras.
