HomeRun Mania is all about the most exciting moment in baseball, when a hit ball goes so far that every runner on base can circle the diamond and reach home. That is a home run. Before you start, pick a character and their uniform from the available options. You will need to clear ten different challenges, and you get nine balls for each one. The controls are split into two parts. Move the mouse left and right to reposition your player, and move it up and down to change the height of the bat. The space bar is used to pitch the ball. Your goal is to time your swing so the ball is inside the highlighted square when you hit it. A successful home run earns double points, so try not to let good pitches go by.

How to play?

Start the play by pressing the space bar to throw the ball. It will fly out toward the strike zone. At the same time, move the mouse horizontally to line your player up with the ball's path so it passes right in front of him. Use vertical mouse movement to adjust the bat height, since the ball can come in higher or lower, and you need the bat at the same level.

Watch the highlighted square on the screen that shows the ideal contact zone. When the ball enters this square, click the left mouse button to swing. If your timing and position are right, the player sends a powerful home run far beyond the field, which gives you double points compared to a regular hit. If you swing early, late, or outside the square, you will get a weak hit for fewer points or a complete miss that uses up one of your nine balls. Each level has its own goal that must be reached within those nine attempts. If you manage it, you move on to the next of the ten challenges and keep racking up points with well-placed home runs.
