NES Game: Excitebike

A stunt rider finally gets a shot in front of a live crowd. In the NES Game: Excitebike, years of practice lead to a show run that puts his motorcycle on a dirt course packed with jumps and angled rises. Early routes give him room to settle in. Later courses ask for tighter riding and cleaner landings. Fast times matter, and the crowd expects tricks on the way to the finish.

How to play?

Race from the first marker to the end of the course as fast as possible. Hit ramps to launch the bike and pull off stunts during the run. Hold the throttle too long and the engine overheats. The bike has to stop until it cools down, costing valuable time on the track.
