NES Game: Battletoads and Double Dragon

Earth is under attack. In NES Game: Battletoads and Double Dragon, Billy and Jimmy Lee join three Battletoads for a strike against the alien force on its own turf. Five selectable fighters make up the crew, and everyone enters the brawl with martial arts training. The route leads straight toward the enemy hideout, with crowds of attackers waiting along the way.

How to play?

Pick one of the five heroes, then fight through side-scrolling stages with punches, kicks, and acrobatic flips that throw enemies off their timing. Certain input combinations trigger a grab, after which an opponent can be hurled away. Across the area, weapons and recovery items appear for pickup, including a truncheon, a knife, and a first aid kit. Drop the alien troops blocking the path and push deeper until the lair is reached.
