NES Game: Sky Shark

Dawn brings a war alert. In the NES Game: Sky Shark, command learns that enemy forces have struck nearby territory, with the main attack expected twelve hours later. Orders arrive for an emergency sortie. A single pilot heads toward the border cities to cut off the incoming air raid before it reaches them. Ground resistance fills the route too, including infantry and armored units posted below the flight path.

How to play?

Against enemy aircraft, bank away from direct collisions and line up return fire with care. Machine-gun rounds and rockets don't last forever, which makes wasted shots costly once the mission stretches on. Vulnerable points on hostile targets take priority. After a successful combat area, the plane returns to base for fresh ammunition and fuel before the next section begins. Push through as many combat sections as possible without losing the aircraft.
