NES Game: Swamp Thing
Chemical waste poisons the swamp. In a playthrough of NES Game: Swamp Thing, a former scientist moves through that mutated marsh in a massive green body, tracking down the person behind the blast that changed his life. Living creatures warped by the spill crowd the route, and their attacks turn the search into a hunt through contaminated ground. The story stays tied to that accident, the damaged doctor, and the creatures born from the same toxic mess.
How to play?
Fists handle the fighting, punching hostile swamp creatures before they land a hit. Dodging works as the other option when an attacker jumps out near your path. Hazardous terrain surrounds the route, requiring careful movement between fights. Extra lives and other pickups appear along the way. Finding them adds support for the chase after the man responsible and the attempt to restore the doctor’s old form.
