Frogward

Frogward is an arcade game about a little frog that gets into serious trouble. She was just resting on warm rocks in the middle of a lake, sunbathing and catching flies. Everything was calm and peaceful, and then a huge crocodile suddenly appeared. Its face is angry, its teeth are bared, and its eyes are predatory. It is obvious it is not here for a friendly chat. It is hungry, and it has picked the frog as its lunch.

The frog is stunned for a moment, but quickly figures out what to do. She spots an island in the distance with a white flag flying over it. Everyone knows what a white flag means: a temporary truce, a neutral zone where no one can attack. If she can reach it, she will be safe, and the crocodile will not dare touch her. The problem is that there is a lot of water between the rocks where she is now and the safe island. She cannot swim across because the crocodile is right there and will gobble her up. There is only one option left: jump from one rock sticking out of the water to another until she reaches the flag. You control this poor frog and try to help her escape from the toothy beast. Jump accurately and quickly, and do not hesitate. The crocodile is always on the move, constantly getting closer and ready to grab its prey at any second. Waiting around is literally deadly.

How to play?

This jumping arcade game in the frog games category has twelve levels, each trickier than the last. At first, the rocks are close together, so it is easy to jump between them. Later, the gaps get wider, you have to jump over open water, and floating islands appear that you have to pull toward you with your tongue. If you manage to reach the island with the flag, the frog is safe. The crocodile glares from afar, but cannot come closer; it is a neutral zone. The level is complete, and the next one unlocks with new challenges. Guide the frog through all these dangers and do not let her become the crocodile's lunch.
