Polly The Frog
Polly The Frog is the first game in a series about the adventures of a tiny frog. It is a colorful 3D platformer inspired by the look and feel of games like Paper Mario. The action takes place in the backyard of an ordinary house, which turns into a huge world full of dangers for the little heroine. The game has five levels set in different parts of the yard. Each stage has its own challenges, but the main goal is always the same, reach the exit in one piece. Polly only gets three tries for the whole level. If you lose them all, you have to restart the stage from the beginning. Along the way, you also collect leaves, and your main enemies are the flies and spiders that live in the backyard. For such a little girl, even a regular insect is a serious threat.
How to play?
Control Polly as she moves through the 3D backyard locations in this frog platformer game. Jump between platforms, climb small hills, and explore hidden corners while you hunt for leaves. They are scattered along the route and act as the main currency or progress counter. Watch out for flying flies and crawling spiders, touching them takes away one health point out of the three you have. Thorns are much more dangerous, landing on them instantly wipes out all your lives and sends you back to the start of the level. Your remaining lives are shown on the screen, so keep an eye on them and avoid too many run-ins with insects. Each stage also has extra objectives besides just reaching the finish. You might need to find keys to open a cage, or roll a stone all the way to the finish line. Complete every objective for a full playthrough and explore the area carefully so you do not miss anything in this miniature world.
