Frogs: Fly Hunt

"Frogs: Fly Hunt" is a puzzle game about a hungry frog that jumps between lily pads to catch flies. It sounds simple, but there is an important physics twist. Every jump pushes the pad in the opposite direction. Jump to the right and the lily pad drifts left. The game has fifty levels that get harder as you go. Early on, things are pretty straightforward, but later, huge gaps appear between the heroine and her prey. You have to think ahead about how to line up the lily pads to build a safe, gap-free path. Plan each jump, keeping in mind that the pad you jump from will shift after you push off.

How to play?

Click in the direction you want to jump. The frog will leap that way, and the pad under her will float in the opposite direction. Your goal is to build a route so the moved lily pads drop into the gaps and create a solid path to the fly. Sometimes you need to jump sideways on purpose just to shove a pad into place so it covers a dangerous gap for your next move. In the later stages, slippery pads appear that make the frog slide in an unpredictable way, and flytraps show up, predatory plants that hunt frogs just as eagerly as insects. There is a simple password system to save your progress. The code for the current level is shown in the upper left corner next to its number. In the main menu, there is a "Load level" field where you can enter this code to return to the stage you want. Think through your strategy, build safe paths out of lily pads, and guide the hungry heroine to the flies through all fifty challenges in this frog puzzle game "Frogs: Fly Hunt."
