About a Frog

In About a Frog you meet a little frog running along bright paths, trying to reach the finish line without any delays. The world is simple and easy to read: platforms of different heights, stones, puddles, logs, and several short transitions between zones. The locations change gradually, and the frog jumps faster and faster, so you quickly feel that this is a fast reaction game. Along the way, you will see coins that give a small bonus to your score and push you to go a little farther. The atmosphere is light, the sound is fun, and everything works without extra clutter, just a cool arcade adventure with a frog.

How to play?

First, look at the path in front of the hero and figure out where he can jump. At the beginning of About a Frog, the movement is smooth, so you have time to see how the speed changes. Then press the jump button to move the frog away from rocks and pits. The frog loves bonuses, so try to collect coins without crashing into logs. Sometimes you will run into platforms that move sideways, and here accuracy matters because it is very easy to slip off the edge. In the final stage, the path narrows, and you have to react quickly to keep the hero on a safe line. The result is a pure arcade runner game where you set the pace yourself.
