Scuffed Uno
A shrinking hand decides the round in Scuffed Uno. Two or three players trade cards onto the pile by matching color or symbol, with the remaining hand later turning into penalty points for the loser. Strategy comes from timing special cards, reading the pile, and staying ahead of the next draw.
How to play?
Play a card that matches the current color or symbol. When no valid play appears in your hand, draw from the deck; a mismatch ends your move immediately. Reverse sends play the opposite way around the table. A +2 adds two cards to the next hand and skips that player’s move. Wild +4 adds four cards, skips that move, and lets the current player call the next color. A wild color card works on any move and also names the next color. Skip blocks the next player from acting. With one card left, hit the UNO button at once or receive two penalty cards. Once one hand is empty, all cards left with the other players convert into points, and the highest total loses.
