Mushroomer: Caveman

The game "Mushroomer: Caveman" (Mushroomer) transports you to a world reminiscent of Super Mario Bros., only set a couple thousand years earlier, back in the days of cavemen, when the craving for mushrooms was even stronger than that of the famous plumber. The hero is armed with a heavy hammer, and accompanied by pleasant background music, you’ll navigate a platformer-puzzle game consisting of thirty consecutive levels. In each level, you must find and collect all the mushrooms to unlock the exit and move on. The hammer comes in handy for smashing obstructing rocks and boulders, and you’ll also need to move blocks and solve puzzles by rearranging them to build your path upward or around obstacles. Along the way, you’ll encounter spikes, evil monster mushrooms, and even dragons, so you’ll need to proceed carefully and thoughtfully. The difficulty increases with each level, but the built-in hints with arrows help keep you from getting stuck for too long. Additionally, stars are hidden throughout the levels, which add bonus points to your total score.

How to Play?

Control the caveman using the arrow keys; run and jump through the level in search of all the hidden mushrooms. Use your hammer to smash rocks and boulders blocking your path, and move the blocks to build a path to hard-to-reach areas. Avoid spikes, monster mushrooms, and other dangers you encounter on the level, defeating them with your hammer if necessary. Collect stars along the way for extra points, and use hints if a puzzle seems too confusing. Collect all the mushrooms on the level to unlock the exit, and complete all thirty levels one by one.
