Mushroom Showdown

Mushroom Showdown is a physics-based puzzle game about a friendly mushroom with a red cap—a fly agaric—who must defeat the enemy green mushrooms. There are about 35 levels in total; you play them one after another, and as you progress, the challenges get harder—you’ll have to do more than just shoot; you’ll need to solve puzzles and activate various mechanisms to move forward. In each level, you must throw acorns at the enemy green mushrooms, destroying them or knocking them into the abyss. Along the way, you can collect blue and red crystals that unlock bonus levels, and if you hit a flying butterfly, you’ll get extra time to complete the level. The game is based on physics, so the trajectory of your throw and calculating the force are just as important as the logic of the level itself.

How to Play?

Drag acorns with your mouse and throw them at the green mushrooms to destroy them or knock them off the cliff. Calculate the power and direction of your throw, taking flight physics into account, and figure out how to use the level’s mechanisms to solve the puzzle. Collect blue and red crystals along the way to unlock bonus levels, and knock down butterflies to earn extra time. Complete the levels in order, getting used to the increasing difficulty, and advance further and further, helping the good mushroom achieve victory.
