Mushroom Kombat

A late-night snack from the fridge pulls an ordinary guy from his computer into a strange mushroom realm. In Mushroom Kombat, he has to survive waves of hostile mushrooms after arriving as a zombie-like hero. The setup recalls classic platformers such as Super Mario Bros. Locations contain several consecutive levels. Each level lasts until its timer expires. Mushrooms attack in groups, and stomping their heads is the way to kill them.

Enemy types expand as you progress. Early rounds pit you against basic mushrooms. Later, fast mushrooms, flying mushrooms, and shooting mushrooms join the attack at the same time. A boss appears at the end of each location. Its health is shown by red mushrooms at the top of the screen, while the hero's lives appear in green.

How to play?

Run and jump across each level. Avoid incoming mushrooms, then stomp their heads to defeat them. Stay alive until the timer reaches zero without losing too many lives. Defeated enemies add points. Finished levels unlock medals. Beat the boss at the end of a location, watch the red mushroom health display, and move on to a new location with tougher mushroom types.
