Jurassic Fishing

Jurassic Fishing is a relaxing arcade fishing game with a unique concept: you play as a dinosaur in a boat who has decided to go fishing on a prehistoric lake. Instead of the usual river fish, the waters here are home to Jurassic-era creatures—ammonites, belemnites, ichthyosaurs, mosasaurs, and sharks. You can learn detailed information about every creature you catch, and your catch earns you coins and unlocks achievements. The only danger is snags and logs: if they get caught on your hook, you’ll lose coins instead of gaining them, so it’s best to stay away from them. In the shop, you can use the coins you’ve earned to buy new fishing rods, reels, lines, and bait. Big catches require a sturdier rod and a longer line, and your bait supply is limited—there are 15 pieces in a single jar. The purchase buttons in the shop are inactive if an item has already been bought or if you don’t have enough coins.

How to play?

On a computer, hold down the right mouse button to lower the bait into the water, and release it to pull it back up. On mobile devices, hold your finger on the screen to lower the bait. Keep an eye on the bait indicator and restock it in the store when needed. Take your time catching all the creatures of the Jurassic period, learn about each one, collect achievements, and earn coins to upgrade your gear.
