Hook and Fish

You stand on the shore with a harpoon in your hands. Fish swim underwater — large and small. In the arcade game Hook and Fish, you throw a harpoon, catch fish, and earn points. Aim, target the fish, release — the harpoon flies underwater. Did you hit it? The fish is caught. The locations change. First, a sunny lagoon with clear water. Then a foggy bay where visibility is poorer. Then the deep sea with large fish. The graphics are cartoonish and bright, and the water is animated. The fish swim smoothly, and the seaweed sways. No rush, just fishing.

How to play?

In this fishing game, you control the harpoon with your mouse or finger. See a fish underwater? Move the cursor to where it is swimming. Hold down the mouse button or your finger—the harpoon is ready to throw. Release—the harpoon flies straight down into the water and pierces the fish. Please note that you can only catch fish of your level. If you hit a fish that is higher than your level, you lose. With each throw, your level will increase and you will be able to catch more fish. Small fish are fast and nimble, making them harder to catch. Large fish are slow but give you more points. Aim carefully — the harpoon flies in a straight line to where you point it. Missed? The harpoon will return, so throw again. You get coins for the fish you catch. Save them up to unlock new character skins. Change the fisherman's appearance: different clothes, different hats, different accessories. This does not affect the game, it's just for variety.
