In "Fishing.io," the player controls a small boat equipped with everything needed for fishing. The main goal is to build a decent collection of fish trophies and fill your wallet. The game features 20 unique fish species, each differing in size and price. Some of the pond’s inhabitants hide at great depths, so your catch depends on how deep your tackle goes. Coins and gems found in the water let you level up your gear faster and unlock new fishing opportunities. With every new fish species added to your collection, your reward increases, motivating you to search for rare specimens and upgrade your gear. There’s no need for bait in the game—you can start fishing immediately after casting your line, without any extra preparation.

How to play?

First, choose the direction of your cast, then lower the hook to maximum depth. Control the hook’s movement to hook fish swimming by. The deeper you lower the line, the higher your chance of encountering rare and valuable fish species. After catching a fish, you immediately receive coins, which you can use to upgrade your hook, extend your line, and increase the value of the fish. If you catch trash, you won’t receive any coins, so try to avoid unnecessary items. Diamonds on the bottom are a quick way to earn a large sum of money, but they don’t appear often. You earn a bonus for every new fish in your collection, so always keep an eye out for unfamiliar species. In the upgrades section, you can compare the benefits of upgrading your hook and line. First, increase the line length to reach deep-water fish faster, and then strengthen your hook to catch larger specimens. Don’t forget to check if you have enough coins for upgrades after every successful cast to level up your fisherman faster.
