Fishing with a Rod is a massive fishing game featuring 20 unique locations, ranging from a village pond and a reed-lined lake to mountain streams, river rapids, and the depths of the sea. Each location unlocks as you level up and offers its own species of fish and fishing conditions. In total, the game features 120 fish species of varying rarity—from common roach to legendary giants. The sooner you unlock new bodies of water, the faster you’ll be able to catch unique species and complete your collection. You can sell your catch at the market or turn it into a trophy by creating a taxidermy display. The game features a day-and-night cycle: each fish is active at specific times, which directly affects your fishing results. The shop offers a wide selection of gear—18 types of rods ranging from budget to high-end, as well as hooks, lines, floats, reels, and various baits for both non-predatory and predatory fish. You can upgrade your fish basket to increase its capacity. You receive rewards for logging in daily, and completing tasks earns you coins and tokens to purchase new gear.

How to play?

Start at the shop, choose a rod, bait, and suitable gear. Go to a location and cast your line. Watch the float: every fish bites differently, and it’s important to set the hook at the right moment. Send the caught fish to the fish tank, sell it at the market, or add it to your collection. In the main menu, check the quests section—there are daily and weekly goals with cash rewards. In the trophies section, track your achievements and expand your collection of taxidermy specimens. Don’t forget to log in every day to claim your daily rewards. Spend the coins you earn to upgrade your gear, unlock new locations, and work your way toward becoming a master angler!
