Car Fishing: Living Machines

The deep waters of the lake hide not bream or crucian carp in their muddy depths, but entire rusty car bodies, wheels, and rare spare parts. In the game “Car Fishing: Living Machines,” you’ll set up shop on an old wooden pier and pull the most unexpected junk from the depths—from an antique samovar and a road sign to tube TVs, powerful V8 engines, and legendary Zhiguli cars. You can sell your haul to collectors for a profit, and to maximize your earnings, you’ll need to carefully scrub the wet car body with a sponge to remove the swamp mud and replace any missing parts. An old local fisherman tells a legend about how, back in the 1980s, rally champion Lyokha Strela vanished without a trace here; his personal belongings still get caught on hooks and help, step by step, to uncover the main mystery of this place.

How to Play?

Swing the fishing rod to make the most confident cast possible, trying to cast the hook as far as possible into the depths of the body of water, since the most valuable cars lie far from the shore. Lift the rod upward or to the side immediately after a bite so that the reel automatically begins to reel in the strong fishing line. Carefully monitor the special tension gauge, keep the indicator strictly within the safe green zone, and loosen your grip in time if the readings suddenly jump into the dangerous red zone. Rock the cargo stuck in thick silt with smooth movements from left to right to gradually dislodge the heavy hull from its position. Send your recovered finds for a quick inspection or store the items in your inventory to assemble complete structures. Complete a variety of orders from local residents posted on the bulletin board, earn mountains of gold, and spend your accumulated funds on advanced tackle, sturdy reels, and reliable hooks. Compile rare story clues into a separate secret case, upgrade your fishing gear’s stats, prevent your line from snapping, and retrieve a famous rally driver’s race car from the bottom of the lake.
