Fish Rain 2
Fish Rain 2 is an online fishing simulator with a realistic atmosphere, authentic nature sounds at every location, and a built-in chat for communicating with other players. Here you can share your trophies, show off your catch, and compare the weight and species of the fish you’ve caught. Try catching pike, catfish, perch, gudgeon, carp, or sturgeon on the rocky shore, the Pripyat River, and other picturesque locations. Anglers have access to a variety of lures, from ordinary worms to live bait and leeches, as well as bait that temporarily improves the bite at a selected spot. Each fishing rod has a durability rating: a successful catch reduces it by one point, while a lost fish reduces it by ten points at once. The very first fishing rod has no durability, but it is also the weakest. Bait is consumed with every bite, and when it runs out, the fish stop biting. The bait lasts for a limited time; a timer is displayed at the top of the screen, and when it reaches zero, the bite rate decreases. When moving to a different location, you’ll need to reapply the bait.
How to play?
Controls are handled with the mouse. Click the worm icon to select and set the bait, click the fishing rod icon to select your tackle, and drag the bait onto the water to activate it. Click the hook button to cast your line. When the float goes underwater, click the hook button again to set the hook. Then click on the screen to reel in the fish, and keep an eye on the reeling gauge—it shouldn’t drop too low or go off the scale; ideally, keep it at a medium level. Tap the character icon to accept a quest and receive a goal for your current fishing session. Keep an eye on your bait supply and rod durability; restock consumables in time and refresh your bait at each new location. Compete with other players in the chat for the biggest catch and the title of best angler.
