Popeye Baseball

Popeye Baseball is a cartoon arcade game about the confrontation between the famous sailor with a pipe and his longtime rival Brutus. The stakes are high: the winner gets a date with the beautiful Olive. Popeye has just swallowed a fresh can of spinach and is full of energy for the battle on the baseball field. The game is controlled exclusively with the mouse, without using the keyboard. The task is to score enough points during the match to beat Brutus and win the heart of your beloved. The aiming system shows the trajectory of the ball in advance through markers and a red figure behind the pitcher. You can control the direction of the hit by adjusting the position of the crosshairs relative to the mark.

How to play?

When Brutus swings to throw, a marker appears on the screen showing the approximate location where the ball will land. Move the aiming circle with the mouse, aligning it with this marker for maximum accuracy. The red figure behind the pitcher shows the final direction of the ball after the hit. Use it to plan where the ball will go. Want to hit it high? Aim below the marker. Need a low hit? Aim above the marker. Brutus serves the ball at tremendous speed. Be ready to click at the right moment to swing. The more accurately you align the crosshairs with the marker, the stronger the hit will be, sending the ball far into the field. Earn points for each successful home run and keep batting until you earn enough to defeat Brutus. Win the match and earn the right to date Olive by proving the sailor's superiority over his opponent.
