"Used Car Dealer Tycoon" is a car business simulator where you buy used cars cheaply and sell them for a profit, gradually turning a modest lot into a well-known dealership. The main skill here is negotiation: sellers come to you with their prices, and your task is to drive the price down as low as possible, but without going too far—if you haggle too hard, the customer will simply drive away. The lots open one by one: first trucks, then sedans and SUVs, each requiring separate attention and upgrades. As your business grows, you hire staff to handle customer interactions and inspect incoming vehicles. Additional income comes from side businesses like a car wash, gas station, café, and more, which open as your dealership expands.

How to play?

A car pulls up to the entrance—the owner wants to sell it and names their price. Bargain and drive down the price, but watch the seller’s reaction; if you go too far, the deal will fall through. Once the car is in the lot, hire a salesperson; they’ll handle customer interactions and close deals on their own. The next important step is to hire a car buyer: they inspect incoming cars, check their condition, and reject them if the car isn’t suitable or if that model is already in stock. Upgrade your salespeople and the lots themselves—this directly affects sales speed and how attractive the cars are to buyers.
