City Tycoon

In City Tycoon, a blank 3D map waits for your plan. You shape a settlement at your own pace, growing it from a small village into a dense urban capital. The mayor's seat is yours, and the layout comes from your choices, not a preset pattern. Pick a map size that suits the city you want to raise, because a wider area requires bigger planning. Houses, workplaces, and tourist spots all need room to fit together without wasting space. Water and forest don't only block land. They also let you sculpt parks, shorelines, and wooded edges around the streets you place.

How to play?

Before building anything, use the selector in the lower-left corner to choose the plot size. Flatten the ground first, since buildings need level terrain before they'll sit properly. With the terrain tools, cut away extra trees and drain lakes when they block construction space. Roads must run beneath homes, hotels, and factories, linking the whole district to traffic. Bus stops belong along those routes, giving residents public transport across the map. Electricity comes from a coal power plant, so place one early to supply the town. Out on the water, add oil platforms to bring in income and support further expansion.
