The first site already has a foundation, leaving room to build upward and furnish the interior. A small office space can grow into a larger workplace. Rent it out to employees, collect money, and pick up the neighboring properties for more construction.

How to play?

Adjust the graphics and control setup before you begin. Set walls where you want them, then fit the openings with windows and doors. Buy indoor pieces and decor from the store to fill the rooms. Save any project through the menu when you want to return later. Move on to the next property after the first rental income comes in. Add enough furniture for staff to work in comfort.
