How to play?

Choose a resource type, then mark the spot that needs delivery. A vehicle list sits on the bottom panel. Send cargo to building sites for oil platforms, power plants, and housing blocks. More housing raises the colonist count. Experience comes from completed jobs. Level gains open additional functions for the settlement.
