Running an ordinary hospital in Idle Hospital Tycoon means building it into a world-class clinic. 3D visuals and humorous characters set the scene, while an assistant stays nearby with the next instruction. Patients arrive with different conditions, and treatment depends on sending each one to the right doctor and prescribing the right medication.

How to play?

Hospital setup begins at reception, where patients are routed by symptoms through a staff member with the right expertise. Build a doctor's office, hire a doctor, then add a pharmacy to hand out prescriptions. Click patients several times to move appointments along faster.

Expansion follows the same pattern: add offices, hire staff, and handle a larger stream of patients. Research diseases as the hospital grows. “Sleepy Head” is treated in the doctor's office, while “Burger Addiction” sends the patient to the pharmacy. Place decorations around the building for extra income. Add more exam rooms and pharmacy counters, continue research, upgrade doctors and pharmacists when you have enough money, and accept funding from visiting investors to speed up the clinic's growth.
