Sonic 2

Race through West Island as Sonic while Tails tags along as your loyal buddy. In Sonic 2, you rush through eleven dangerous zones, chase Chaos Emeralds, and shut down Dr. Robotnik’s new scheme before he takes over the land. Each Emerald is one of seven mystical relics created by the Master Emerald, and Robotnik is after all of them for their huge power. Stay on the interrupted tracks, time jumps over gaps and water, and don’t give him that chance.

Tracks suddenly break off, platforms end above deep water, and robots sit in tight corners. One bad landing drops you into a hazard and sends you back to restart the section. Spin into enemies, clear traps, and keep Sonic moving without long pauses. Spin Dash changes the pace completely. Charge it up in place, curl into a ball, then blast forward to smash robots or cross a break in the road in a single burst. Sonic 2 also supports a two-player mode, so a second player can join the run instead of just watching.

How to play?

Press jump right before a track section ends to avoid falling into the water. Trigger Spin Dash when Sonic stands still, build charge, then release to hit robots with a fast roll. Watch corners for hidden robots or traps and adjust your jump height to clear them instead of landing on spikes or hazards. Enter every new zone segment ready to move again, since each one counts as a separate part of the run.
