Shining Force II

Disaster hits Grans Island after Slade steals two sacred jewels from the royal castle in Gransil, breaking the ancient seal and releasing the demon king Zeon into the human world. By the next morning, King Granseal lies dead, and an unknown creature leaves the court in panic. In Shining Force II, Bowie joins Astal, Saro, and Chester to search the castle, trace the cause of the attack, and uncover the chain of events behind the broken seal.

How to play?

Walk through towns and other areas between fights, speaking with NPCs and searching streets or buildings for treasure. New allies can join the force during these sections. Headquarters in certain towns give a place to speak with party members. Battles use tactical RPG combat, with Bowie acting as the leader during duels. Win encounters to raise your heroes' levels and strengthen the group for the next clash.
