After Burner II

High-speed dogfights fill the sky. After Burner II locks the cockpit around an F-14 Tomcat, sending it through 21 combat areas with enemy jets crossing the screen at mixed speeds. Gunfire handles close targets. Homing missiles wait for a proper lock inside the kill zone. Colorful backdrops race past during each sortie, shifting the scenery behind the action.

How to play?

Fire the machine gun at the aircraft that cut across your path. Pull enemies into the kill zone before launching a guided missile. Support arrives after several phases. A second plane refills fuel and ammunition, returning the Tomcat to full fighting condition.
