NES Game: Sword Master

A neighboring kingdom is under a sorcerer's curse. In the NES Game: Sword Master, a wandering swordsman arrives after years of fighting on the side of good and answering calls for help across distant lands. Mages, vampires, and other creatures fill the roads to the castle. The ruler's people remain trapped under hostile magic. One survivor waits for the warrior to cut through the invasion and reach the source of the attack.

How to play?

Swing the blade before an enemy lands a hit. Stay alive through the dangerous countryside and push forward to the castle. Defeat the creatures blocking the route. The final stretch ends with a fight against the crazed mage behind the assault. Win that duel to break the spell on the kingdom and claim the promised reward.
