Minesweeper Difficult

Rectangular cells change the usual look of the minefield. In Minesweeper Difficult, the classic sapper puzzle appears with a highly adjustable board, letting nostalgia sit next to custom settings instead of flashy visuals. Board width and height are set before the round, and larger layouts pack in more space to read through. A separate life setting changes how many mine hits the round forgives, adding room for mistakes on the way through small grids or much bigger ones.

How to play?

Beneath the blue cells, mines marked as X wait beside numbered spaces and empty ones, and a revealed number shows how many neighboring cells contain explosives. Click a covered cell to reveal its content, then mark the dangerous spots across the board without triggering too many blasts. After a mine hit, one life is removed if any remain; without lives, the round ends at once. When an empty area appears, the surrounding safe cells uncover automatically, which helps map the field faster on custom board sizes.
