Two injured heroines need urgent care on the same screen. Princess Elsa and Ladybug are waiting in the ward while the timer pushes you to move fast. Ladybug And Elsa's First Aid works as a hospital game with shared emergency treatment for both patients. Medical supplies sit between the beds, and you switch from one girl to the other to stabilize them before time runs out.

How to play?

Check both patients first, then pick up the right tool with your mouse and drag it into place. Click through the treatment steps in order, clear visible injuries, and use the medicine tray as new tasks appear. Swap beds often. Finish one action, then move to the other patient before the countdown gets too low.
