The case starts with a girl whose brain is covered with strange germs. They block clear thinking, and the operation won't end until the infection is gone.

How to play?

Use the on-screen tools in order. Drag the razor across the scalp to clear the hair. Move the cutting tool along the marked line to open the head. After that, click and sweep over the bacteria until the brain is clean. Follow the prompts for each instrument, then finish the surgery without leaving any germs behind.
