Start by checking the ear and spotting what needs removal first. Pick the matching instrument, then drag or tap it onto the marked area. Pull wax out in small passes, grab debris cleanly, and lift germs away before moving deeper. Keep the tool inside the canal with steady movements. Rough contact can hurt the skin and stop the procedure. Finish the cleaning to move on to the next case.
