"First Aid Driver: Big City" is an immersive casual simulator where you take on the role of a dedicated doctor, racing against time to save lives in a vast and bustling metropolis. Your mission is to respond quickly to emergency calls, treat patients, and navigate a city full of surprises and unexpected encounters. How to play?

Control your character using a virtual joystick, which can be operated with a mouse or touch controls. Navigation arrows will appear on the sides of the screen to help you find your way through the city's maze-like streets. Many patients won’t be able to move on their own, so you’ll have to carry them to the ambulance. Simply approach the patient and wait for the progress circle to fill up before loading them into the vehicle. Once secured, jump behind the wheel and rush them to the hospital to receive your well-earned reward. Use your earnings to upgrade your character and vehicle, enhancing driving speed, carrying capacity, and ambulance efficiency to save even more lives. As you successfully transport more patients, you'll unlock new regions to explore and assist. Show your skills, keep the city safe, and prove that you deserve the title of Doctor of the Year!
